Chuol has a dark complexion, stands six-foot-four, weighs 140 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. “Investigators have reason to believe that Bith Chuol was in the Surrey area recently and may still be here,” said B.C. Anyone with information on where Chuol might be is asked to call local police or the Strathcona County RCMP at 780-467-7741. Those who want to stay anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-545-8477.
