It took police officers and a police dog two hours to find the man, who was a suspect in a break-in.
Lake Cowichan RCMP officers took a man to hospital for cold exposure after he fled into snow-filled woods to escape arrest.
On Dec. 23, police were called to the property after two people were captured on video surveillance stealing items from the property. “Officers searched for the suspect for approximately two hours before locating him and placing him under arrest,” Bérubé said.
