The lawsuit involves the price of the boneless wings to which a Chicago man claims the restaurant is resorting to deceptive marketing.

Aimen Halim filed the complaint this week against the restaurant and Inspire Brands, Inc. in the U.S. District Court of Northern Illinois. Halim also contend that had consumers known what the boneless wings are made out of, they would've paid less for them if at all.
