Two random slashings in Toronto have led police to release an image of a suspect believed to be involved in both incidents.

In the second attack two days later, on Dec. 11, at 5:45 a.m., police say the victim was asleep outside near Yonge and Adelaide Sts. when a man slashed them unprovoked in the face with an edged weapon before fleeing. Both victims were treated in hospital for their injuries and released. No other information about them was provided.The wanted man is described as 20 to 30 years old, wearing a black baseball cap, black headphones, a black winter jacket, black pants, and tanned construction boots.
