No one else was injured in the shooting that occurred inside the Penn Jersey Food Mart in Sunbury, city police said.
SUNBURY – Police in Sunbury are looking for a 23-year-old Black male in connection with a fatal shooting Thursday afternoon in a convenience store in the city.
One man is dead as the result of the shooting in the Penn Jersey Food Mart in the 200 block of North Fourth Street, Police Chief Brad Hare said. Wanted for questioning is Ajani Munsh-Ousha Uhuru, who is 6-2 and was wearing dark clothing, he said. Uhuru is a Sunbury resident but may be headed to Pittsburgh where he has family, the chief said.
The victim, whose name has not been released, and Uhuru were acquainted, Hare said. At least two shots were fired during an argument but no one else was hit, he said. The weapon has not been recovered, he said.More:
