David C. Lohr, who is suspected of tampering with food products at a Phoenix Target store, makes his initial appearance in court Wednesday.A man convicted of adding harmful chemicals to food at Phoenix area retail stores in 2018 has been sentenced to probation.
Lohr was sentenced this October to seven years of supervised probation on one felony count of criminal damage. Lohr was ordered to pay $390.42 in restitution to Safeway for the damages he caused and participate in mental health evaluations and any recommended treatments.
