Man rescued after falling down cliff near Black's Beach [Breaking]
A 45-year-old man was rescued Sunday morning after he fell down a cliff in the Torrey Pines area, San Diego Fire-Rescue Department officials said.
The man slipped and fell about 30 feet onto the beach near La Jolla Farms and Blackgold roads about 8:40 a.m., officials said. The area is located near the southern end of Black’s Beach. A helicopter hoisted the man and took him to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries, officials said. No further information was immediately available.
