A man is dead following a hit-and-run crash on Loop 410 on the city’s West Side early Wednesday morning, according to San Antonio police.
According to police, the man was on foot on the Loop 410 off-ramp to Ingram Road when he was struck by a vehicle. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the driver of the vehicle did not stop to render aid. A description of the vehicle was not released.The investigation is ongoing, police said.
