Daily News | Man killed by Tesla hit-and-run driver in Nicetown
An unidentified man was killed by a hit-and-driver in a Tesla in the city’s Nicetown section Tuesday night, police said.
Just before 6:45 p.m., the man was crossing the street along the 1700 block of West Hunting Park Avenue near the Shane Victorino Nicetown Boys and Girls Club when he was hit by a burgundy Tesla with a New Jersey license plate. The Tesla, which was heading westbound, stopped about a half block away and two men ran from the scene, police said.
