A man was fatally shot Wednesday night during an altercation with his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend at a southeast Houston home, authorities said.
The man came to his ex-girlfriend's house at the 5500 block of Groveton Street about 11 p.m. and tried to enter the residence, according to HPD Lt. Ronnie Willkens. "There was another male there that evidently is a new boyfriend that is dating the girl. He got into a confrontation with the old boyfriend," Willkens said."The new boyfriend had a pistol and shots were fired.
