A man is set to appear in court today over the hit and run death of this pensioner - after he handed himself in to gardai.
A Garda spokeswoman said on Saturday night: “Gardaí have tonight charged a man aged in his 40s following a fatal road traffic collision which occurred in Tallaght, Dublin 24 yesterday Friday, 8th September 2023.
