Man dies after swerving to avoid accident on U.S. Highway 90 on West Side
The driver, a man who was not immediately identified, was heading east about noon Sunday in the 1400 block of Highway 90 in a Ford F-150 approaching Zarzamora Street, a police report states.A driver struck a concrete pillar and was killed after he swerved to avoid a crash Sunday on U.S. Highway 90 on the West Side.
He moved into the exit lane for Zarzamora, but he swerved back into the main lanes just before the exit split from the highway, investigators said.
