A Jersey City man charged with assaulting two city police officers who responded to a call of domestic dispute was released after his detention hearing Tuesday. John Hines, 30, who has three pending charges, including throwing bodily fluid at a law enforcement officer, was free on Level 3 monitoring at the time of this offense.
