A viral video that has made its way across multiple social media platforms shows a Mesquite man sniffing women's private areas in a public place., has garnered more than 162,000 views on Twitter. The video shows a man in a pet supply store in Mesquite, Texas, following two women, a mother and a teenager, as they shop. He furtively looks away as they stop to talk and then quickly gets near the teenager's private parts and sniffs.
Factors in the decision to go with that charge include whether there was contact and proving whether there was gratification, Ricketts wrote. The police department is not currently releasing specifics on the incident to keep from jeopardizing any future enforcement action. "We do have a person of interest and the case is still active," Ricketts wrote."Once he is contacted and/or charged we will be able to release more information."
