A man in Lousiana was busted not only for having meth but too many sharks.
published by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries states how 44-year-old Anouda Lirette of Houma was arrested by department agents at the end of July for these offenses.
According to the release, the agents had been patrolling Oyster Bayou when they noticed Lirette throwing a shark overboard. Upon further investigation the agents discovered meth as well as drug paraphernalia on the man’s person. Lirette was also found to have one too many sharks, pushing him over the legal capacity. The agents arrested him on the grounds “for possession of suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, possession of over the limit of sharks and possession of an undersized shark, and intentional concealment of wildlife.”
