Police have arrested a man in connection with four arson fires in Victoria and Saanich over a span of three months.
Singh has been charged with setting three fires on Government Street in June and July and another in Saanich in August. Police said no other details about the investigation are being shared at this point as the matter is now before the courts.On June 23, a vehicle at a car rental business was set on fire in the 2500 block of Government Street. The blaze caused significant damage and was extinguished by a passing VicPD officer.
