SAN ANTONIO - A man is behind bars, accused of threatening to kill San Antonio Police Chief William McManus. An officer was contacted on his city cell phone by the man. That's when he left the threatening message and during the tyraid, he threatened to blow off the head of Chief McManus.The disturbing call was made just before noon on Wednesday. The report says the officer gets calls from Ramirez on a daily basis. But in this call, he insults the entire police department and ends the call by saying "I know where McManus feeds them cats. I think I'll blow his head off today. Bye.
Ramirez now faces one count of terroristic threat against a peace office. He's being held in the Bexar County Jail on $150,000 bond.
