Investigation launched into death of man arrested by police in Medicine HatThe Alberta Serious Incident Response Team (ASIRT) is investigating the death of a man who died in hospital after being arrested by officers in Medicine Hat. The investigation will focus on the use of force by the police officers. The man had barricaded himself inside an apartment and was holding a machete and a knife when confronted by the tactical team.
