Collin Shaab, 30, pulled up to the Fulton Bank drive-through on the Willow Street Pike in West Lampeter Township and handed the teller a note with a bomb threat, according to police.
Shaab, a Conestoga resident, left with an undisclosed amount of money, police said. Besides the note, police said there was no indication Shaab actually had a bomb. He was located and arrested around 1:40 a.m. Saturday when East Lampeter Township police got a call about suspicious activity at Wawa. Shaab is charged with robbery, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and terroristic threats.West Lampeter Township police said Manheim Township and Lancaster police assisted in the investigation.
