Man alleges he was assaulted while jogging at Thetis Lake Park

VIEW ROYAL — The Mounties say they’re investigating an alleged sexual assault on a male jogger in the town of View Royal on Vancouver Island.

The RCMP say a man called police to say he was assaulted while jogging at Thetis Lake Park on Monday night. Police say the jogger told them he moved aside to allow another man to pass and the man grabbed his genitals as he passed. The jogger recorded the man walking away, which police say helped them identify a suspect who has been arrested on an allegation of sexual assault. Is there more to this story?
