Jerry Hal Saliterman, of Crystal, Minn., is wheeled out of U.S. District Court in St. Paul, Minn., Friday, March 15, 2024, Garland’s character, Dorothy, wore several pairs while filming the classic 1939 musical, but only four pairs are known to remain.
