Douglas Egan, 45, faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and improper photo/video in bathroom, according to online jail records. Egan, of Fort Worth, was booked into the Tarrant County Jail; it was unclear if he had an attorney. No shots were fired, but multiple people told police that a man was chasing a woman with a gun, police said. The weapon was later determined to be a “pepper ball gun,” police said.
