A man aged in his 60s has been granted bail after he was charged with dangerous driving leading to a fatal collision.
, aged 17 and 16, died during the incident as they made their way to Largey College School debs and the car they were driving in hit a tree.He was also charged with causing serious bodily harm to another individual during the incident.
Mr McGinn was granted bail of six weeks by Judge Raymond Finnegan and will appear before Monaghan District Court on April 22nd.
