Chicago police have identified a man who died shortly after being pulled from Lake Michigan Thursday night.
CHICAGO --The incident took place near Grant Park, according to the Chicago Fire Department.The man has been identified as Carnell Williams. Williams was taken to Northwestern Hospital and was later pronounced dead before 9 p.m., CPD says.Police did not say what led up to the rescue, but an investigation is ongoing, pending the results of the autopsy.
