Police in Kingston, Ont., say that John McKenna, 26, was found hiding in a shed Saturday night and arrested in connection with the killing of a 29-year-old man earlier in the day. Police in Kingston, Ont., have taken a man into custody after a fatal stabbing in the city's downtown Saturday morning. Officers were dispatched to a home on Durham Street in the city's Williamsville district after getting a 911 call, Const. Joel Fisher said on Saturday.

The 29-year-old injured man was rushed to Kingston General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.The suspect, John McKenna, was spotted on the 100 block of Montreal Road at approximately 10:30 p.m., and police chased him on foot, according to a Sunday morning news release.He was scheduled to appear in court Sunday morning.
