Durham Regional Police say officers responded to Simcoe St. N., north of Howden Rd., for a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle just after 1:30 a.m.A man was walking southbound on the east side of the street when he was hit by a northbound Dodge Ram, police said Saturday.
