'I’m in disbelief and have been crying all morning over this devastating news,' Magic Johnson wrote.

Bryant spent his entire 20-year career in the NBA with the Lakers. Johnson, a former Michigan State star, played for the Lakers for 13 seasons, and then later served as coach and president of basketball operations for the franchise. "As I try to write this post, my mind is racing," Johnson said in the first of a series of tweets."I’m in disbelief and have been crying all morning over this devastating news that Kobe and his young daughter, Gigi have passed away in a helicopter crash. Cookie and I are heartbroken."
