Nestled in the prestigious Forest Hill neighbourhood, this bespoke 2022 custom-built mansion was designed by architectThe family room which opens out to the backyard.
And apparently, the house wasn't luxurious enough in 2022, because the very next year, 101 Dunloe Rd. got a little extra work done. Now, the home is truly picture perfect with a blend of modern technology and timeless elegance.As you approach the home, the Indiana limestone façade and grand covered front landing greet you with an air of opulence.
Don't get me wrong; by normal standards, the backyard is great. There's a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, sound system, and integrated lighting – but it feels slightly cramped. Maybe that's because the 7,629-square-foot house takes up most of the 55 by 120-foot lot, but for a luxury home like this, I would have assumed the backyard would have had some more lawn space.
