Louise Thompson admits she is 'not enjoying living' amid PTSD battle after traumatic birth
The former Made in Chelsea star has been documenting motherhood following the "difficult" birth of her baby boy Leo-Hunter, who she shares with fiancé Ryan Libbey, back in November 2021.
Days after stating she was "breaking her anxious cycle", Louise wrote: "Anxiety has been pretty bad since I went up on medication. The inner voice chatting away in my head can be overwhelmingly powerful. I hate it."Sharing a bathroom selfie of herself in casual attire, Louise continued to relay her thoughts to her followers.
Louise explained in a further Instagram Story, that featured a floral background: "Yesterday I actually wrote this to myself."And that was as positive as I could get. A nice reminder that I'm not not living. I am still here." She posted a series of photos capturing her time out of the house with four-month-old son Leo-Hunter and Ryan as she captioned them: "First proper family outing… breaking that anxious cycle #4monthold #postnatalrecovery #ptsd #anxietyrecovery".
