Lord Of The Rings FIRST LOOK: The Rings Of Power will feature Middle Earth's first ever black elf
New images show Ismael Cruz Córdova taking on the role of silvan elf Arondir. He will be the first actor of colour to play such a role.
The series is set to be the most diverse in Middle Earth's history, and will focus on the Second Age, and the turmoil that lead to Sauron's rise to power. The Prime Video show has a reported budget exceeding $400 million. Its first trailer is set to air on Sunday during the Super Bowl.
