Chicago police are conducting a death investigation after an unidentified male died in a fiery crash early Saturday morning in Logan Square. Police said the victim crashed into a dumpster after being fired upon by someone in another vehicle.
One person is dead after a shooting and a fiery wreck early Saturday in the Logan Square neighborhood, Chicago police said.
The victim, who police called an “unidentified male,” was behind the wheel of a vehicle when he was “fired upon” by an assailant in another vehicle in the 2700 block of North Pulaski Road about 1 a.m.The shooting apparently caused him to lose control and plow into a dumpster, before the car burst into flames. He was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
