56-year-old suspect in custody pending a bail hearing
A 56-year-old man is facing charges of obstructing justice and counselling an offence after allegedly hiring someone to harm others.
According to police, the suspect wanted the hired person to harm people related to other incidents involving the accused, which resulted in the individual being placed in custody at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre .David Carrie, 56, has been charged with:
