The allegation is in an amended complaint filed by the parents of the Utah player who was seriously hurt in August.

Easton Oliverson ,12, a Little League player with the Snow Canyon All Stars team from Utah, is resting at Geisinger Janet Weis Children's Hospital in Danville, Pa., after having surgery Friday, Aug. 26, 2022, to replace a piece of his skull. He had fractured his skull on Aug. 15, 2022, when he fell from a top bunk in the player dorms.

In support of that allegation the document contains the dates of 12 falls the Oliversons claim were known to Little League and resulted in brain injuries and broken bones. It declined comment Tuesday on the claims of other falls but through spokesperson Brian McClintock it said: The Oliversons in their amended complaint claim despite these numerous prior incidents Little League failed to take any appropriate steps to prevent something similar from occurring in the future.A Philadelphia judge has ordered Little League toThe manufacturer of the beds, John Savoy and Son Inc., of Montoursville, that does business as Savoy Contract Furniture, also is a defendant.
