Qatar never should have been chosen as the host of the 2022 World Cup.

It warns fans against dressing certain ways and engaging in certain behaviours even if they are legal or socially acceptable in Poland.
“FIFA’s vision is to make football truly global, diverse and inclusive, for the benefit of the entire world,” reads the organization’s mission statement.
