Last weekend, 380 people crossed at Roxham Rd. on Saturday and Sunday alone and only eight stayed in Quebec, the rest were shipped to Ontario.The decision by the Trudeau government to allow Roxham Rd. to grow over the past several years has put an incredible strain on Quebec’s social safety net and the ability of Montreal, where most end up, to provide services.
