The good news is the Ford government is putting an end to this practice, the bad news is this is another example of school boards going off the rails. First, though, the backstory.for breaking this story of the Peel District School Board completely screwing up their library system. It seems some books have been removed because they were old and out of date. Some were removed due to the board’s interpretation of equity and inclusion guidelines, and some were literally discarded for being more than 15 years old.
