The rumour mill at Queen’s Park about a looming cabinet shuffle is in full swing and Caroline Mulroney being shoved out at transportation is one of the most talked about moves, writes brianlilley onpoli

In the past, she’s blamed the previous Liberal government for the problematic project. While there is plenty of blame for the Wynne Liberals in how the project was structured, which firms were hired and more, the Ford PCs have been in power for five years and Mulroney has been Minister of Transportation for four years..On Monday, Mulroney wasn’t blaming the former Liberal government as she was questioned about the Crosstown debacle; she was blaming the NDP.

Here’s a quick lesson for Minister Mulroney: the NDP is the opposition, and their job is to oppose. In a majority government, the NDP voting against those new transit projects does nothing to delay them, and those votes have nothing to do with the Crosstown delays.about the government’s refusal to release information on the tracks for the Crosstown being laid too close together.

“Instead of taking responsibility, this minister is embroiled in a finger-pointing battle between the private contractors, Metrolinx, the TTC and even her own ministry.reported this morning that they can’t even get answers on just how bad things are,” Stiles said in the legislature.
