Much like Murphy’s character in the 1995 film, Lil Nas’s vampire transformation finally completes thanks to some horrifyingly good prosthetics as he enters a post-apocalyptic store to get his dancing groove on with some fellow bloodsuckers. OG Nas, whom the singer owes his stage moniker to, makes his appearance clad in aand rocking Neo-inspired tiny sunglasses. It seems only fitting that, continuing the Matrix inspo, he offers Lil Nas X a choice between a red or a blue pill.
Lil Nas picks the red and makes his grand escape, chased by some armed agents, and fully embraces his vampire form against a backdrop of the full moon, by the end. Not before gifting us with a great credit reel, though!
