The death of Nicola Bulley has rocked not only the village of St Michael's on Wyre, but the nation. Tributes for the beloved mum-of-two have flooded in from all over the globe.
Nicola, from Inskip, went missing in the Lancashire village of St Michael's on January 23. Her body was sadly recovered from the River Wyre 23 days later. A major investigation was launched to find the mum, with police working tirelessly for more than three weeks before Nicola's body was recovered from the river.
Her partner Paul Ansell, and their two children, have been left devastated by the loss of Nicola. A family statement, released by police, said: “We will never be able to comprehend what Nikki had gone through in her last moments and that will never leave us. We will never forget Nikki, how could we, she was the centre of our world, she was the one who made our lives so special and nothing will cast a shadow over that.
