Lexus is broadening its LC line with a convertible flagship that will pack a 5.0L V8 making 471 horsepower; a luxurious interior trimmed with sumptuous materials; and the ability to make its roof vanish in 15 seconds.
The whole design closely mimics that of the LC 500 coupe, as you’d expect, complete with flowing bodywork and hips to make Shakira blush. Inside, the LC 500 Convertible is equipped with a 10.3-inch high-res split-screen multimedia display that’s peppered with all the latest infotainment goodies. A standard transparent polycarbonate wind deflector helps restrict unwanted air from buffeting occupants during low-speed cruising while other tweaks improve the cabin experience while rushing to the yacht club at higher speeds.
