The Sun article on “The Doctors Crisis” covers a wealth of B.C.’s medical history, the present sad situation with family doctors, and a clear decision point.
Their story is not one of failures. It describes a road of constructive discoveries of what does and does not work. B.C. has certainly done its due diligence, investigating international sources for more doctors, the fee-for-service structure, and ways to encourage doctors to engage in family practice.
