Readers give a shout out to election workers; appreciated Ted Moore’s letter about his dog; and love reading The Dallas Morning News as an e-paper.

Americans across race, place and party believe in the freedom to decide who represents us. In the face of a pandemic and despite all odds, Texans are turning out to cast their ballots to have our voices heard. A lot is being said about how to best implement the new Texas Senate Bill 1.published this great story about the impact of Senate Bill 1. But not much is being said about the dedicated men and women who are tasked with doing the implementation.

Dallas is very fortunate to have these dedicated individuals who work hard to protect and ensure our freedom to vote. They deserve our recognition and thanks.Thank you, Ted Moore, for your letter about the wonderful bond you have with your dog. It showed up in the paper one month to the day we had to put our second beloved dog down this year.
