Letters to the Editor, Oct. 6, 2023
After watching the Blue Jays’ lacklustre loss in game two in Minnesota and hearing the John Schneider explanation of why moves were made, it seems to me that if the Jays version of the game that I love comes down to decisions based solely on algorithms and analytics I would be better served by simply purchasing and playing a version of a MLB video game. It would save money, time, frustration and heartache. And maybe the Jays would win a playoff game.It all came down to crunching numbers.
