By their very nature, atheists aren’t a threat to any established religion or spiritual opinion — it’s not as if they’re knocking on doors. Yet in Fort Worth, it seems religion is a threat to those who don’t choose to join or believe what the city thinks they should. And the city will do whatever it can to make sure those who are perceived as different are not given a voice as pedestrian as a banner.
These costs do not include any that Texas may experience from the bad publicity this has created around the country.
