In the Second World War Canada acted as an arsenal for the allies. To support the war effort Canadian factories manufactured everything from rifles to fighter aircraft and heavy bombers, tanks, self-propelled guns, military vehicles and munitions.

I can perceive only two solutions: vote out the Trudeau government, and allow all speech regardless of content by rejecting any anti-hate legislation.
