Most importantly the rights of parents cannotbe denied. Therefore, the State Board of Education must pass Brendan Shea’s Title IX Resolution.
'Where are the rights of the majority of students?'was enacted into law to ensure that"No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance."
