As much as I love seeing the UCP going after Ottawa I don’t believe the CPP exit is going to work out in our favour. I would be in favour of the UCP instead of starting an APP in addition to the CPP. Now, obviously, more payroll taxes won’t be welcome. However, the UCP can adjust the current tax arrangements so businesses and employees are not materially impacted.
