The roads in the area were created for forestry and, as mentioned before, the area has been extensively managed for timber production for over 100 years. The well-managed forests have grown mature again, which is what happens with a renewable resource like forests. It’s happening right under our noses, but many of us are just now becoming aware of the extent of it.
What about the bees, other insects, animals and soil micro-organisms which are being subjected to this toxic onslaught?
