should just shut up and be happy about. Taxpayers are paying for three meals a day and a roof over their head. I know, not the kind of roof they want, but they do the crime, they must do the time. The last time I shopped, you could buy a bar of soap for less than $6.90 and that should last for two or three weeks. The same for a tube of toothpaste. That leaves the other $48.30 per month almost free money. They are in prison for a reason, so deal with it.
