This framework embodies a set of laudable guiding principles: Inclusive; Respectful; Authentic; Collaborative; Consistent. It also embraces core democratic values expressed in wonderful words, such as “Local government is not a spectator sport; it is participary and a robust community engagement process is an integral component to an open and transparent government.
It is only when our dollars are used in supportive ways to prevent costly acute care that we will see positive results. There are so many supportive programs and alternative care groups that need funding to sustain and be there for the ongoing mental health of our many folks in need. • Oil companies have had years to transform their operations and reduce their emissions but haven’t, and their emissions continue to increase.
